Capital One's “Stir the FOMO” is a HR marketing initiative that’s meant to evoke a sense of urgency and excitement, sparking curiosity among prospective hires. I was tasked with creating a custom design that embodied the spirit of the phrase. This featured a slick typographical layout, with bold typography and branded colors. The result was a custom-designed t-shirt, eye-catching stickers, a zoom background, and digital poster.
